Revelation 12 introduces us to the Dragon, who is very similar to the Beast of Revelation 17. The Seven heads of this Dragon represent the fallen of the seven protocols which God made for Angels. The fallen are called Satan & the Devil.
The Seven Protocols are Selaphiel, Gabriel, Michael, Raphael, Uriel, Barachiel, Jegudiel. All men have a base type of these & the senior are those with the Beast at this time.
Lucifer is the office of the leader of a protocol called Satan, which are a peer group with shared interests & he is the senior. They all have a natural protocol of the Seven, including Lucifer. They are now known as the eighth, of the Seven.
