A Government minister has warned that crossing the channel in the event of war will not be possible. Good, I don't think that's correct, but perhaps things will improve. We need to prepare to stop parachutes, which will be the main effort in the UK. The US expects like us all that a Tsunami will wash the Russians away, & anything above ground. Better we move things inland & shoot from there. What else can be done with a lot of telescopic cranes? Field glasses for one.
