On receipt of my crown I desire all of the Queen's administration retired along with all military leaders. NCOs will be promoted two ranks immediately, WO1 & 2 will enter officers ranks & the top two ranks will be retired in all services. Michael & Selaphiel spirits will take senior positions in Government & Michael in military. I need to tell you now, don't let me down. there will be no Satan at all. Execute.
