Nicodemus asked. "Surely they cannot enter a second time into their mother's womb to be born!" Jesus answered, "Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit."
One is born to baptism with a God fearing parent to raise them & the movement of Angels from one person to another alters them. Special people are said to change disappointingly. It probably followed the death of a parent & spiritual change. The Angels of the eldest are senior & when they move others are displaced. Without God fearing upbringing & spiritual revamping there is no love of God.
When the senior enters the next of kin they straight away start demanding alterations related to unrighteous conduct suffered by them, but have to leave proper habits alone for the time.
So the Angels are family as well as the flesh & descend in the same line.
