Can have authority over strategic decisions concerning Apollyon forces in those areas loyal to me including the UK. Those being military & security not involving covert operations that might conflict with personal relations or family well being, as is nornal at SIS. They are an independant security that cannot answer to World Government for the purpose of pre war prep & conflict, not UK secret service, a private security.
Charles is a miracle worker of strategic planning & a midas in dealings. Isolated from sexual & other organised crime he can make a perfect instrument says God. God has made Charles for rule & it's wealth & me poor like Jesus to give hope to ordinary people with additional authority to preserve.
God has made Government like the animal Kingdom taking from the weak abroad without pity & competing to death for dominance. He made both & the common people, who he usually feeds & shelters in relative peace to those above. God likes Government even so. He also loves Charles & I both. Charles is a full possession & often idealises like me. He deals with transgressors to hell, which unfortunately is nearly everybody these days & is not as evil as he seems. God actually wants destruction remember.
There is conflict it appears between Torah, Old Testament, Koran, New Testament & those things I say with supporting cloud formations from Almighty God. A little here & a little there Isaiah said to confuse. There is not conflict, only partial stories. This in the same chapter is about sleeping on the back seat of a car.

20 For the bed is shorter than that a man can stretch himself on it: and the covering narrower than that he can wrap himself in it.
Christ fathered the non Jews to enjoy better & accept God's purpose for the meek, who he gave life so that they owe him worship & obediance. Jews understand God better, that he does his pleasure whether evil or good to the innocent by consequence, compensating after on Earth or in heaven, sometimes before the evil.
God has a left & right hand evil & good. When one works the other balances to correction. We all, have a place with God, even the wicked. God has shown a way that he says he delights in, it is not probable it can be kept. Sometimes that is God's own influence because he works us in combination with other matters of his desire to our harm. God says I made you & compensate you. What good is it to be kind or simple living? God has more use for the wicked in conflict & those who seek the path are given more peace.
To think anything exists that is not made by God is silly. It is as you see & God does not apologise he compensates.

Apollyon forces will be around me during & after conflict. There will be a Government above us which is trying to befriend the Chinese where they have settled. China are aware of our involvement with God to halt them short of Europe & we will be subjected to annoyance as is typical of today. I can expect my wife to go missing & even be killed for protesting, me the famine stopper & defence genius. What can we expect?
God says China is prevented to allow Russia a place to war. He also says that the Venus topography is a nuisance of detail used already millions of years ago, for which excuses need making because of an 'it's all about us' attitude that's been granted.
