I want input into the timing of the US Tsunami. If it's done while people are sleeping they will be upstairs. Be careful how you respond. Make first & second floor accommodation for UK troops at home & abroad, not bases. Military bases are a modern idiocy since they cannot survive the outbreak of nuclear war. Send them to towns less than 1km sq & tell them to be on time for work, like everybody else.
