Helicopters at sea
A chopper strapped to a small boat like a broken down vehicle can move away beneath 100m & shoot at intercept aircraft without detection. Proper distribution means a squadron can be transported without serious intercept. Typically jets slow at low altitude to strafe small vessels & present a wonderful target for a missile, because heat seekers & bombs usually make a plop & not an explosion. Cluster bombs are being used, also probably 15mt ICMB. If there were time to extend the back of these the Blast would have a more difficult time killing the crew. If you were prepared to lose contact with each other & estimate positions it would be almost impossible to stop most crossing the Atlantic. A chopper sent to altitude could signal everybody.
