Bulking up

I got very fat quickly eating a McDonalds sausage & egg Muffin each morning 430 cal.

An average woman needs to eat about 2000 calories per day to maintain, and 1500 calories to lose one pound of weight per week. An average man needs 2500 calories to maintain, and 2000 to lose one pound of weight per week.

Rationing

Self starvation for a few days will enable you to take small amounts of food & water each day without discomfort. Requires a lot of sleeping.

Sleep

Staying in bed & trying to sleep all day & night you need only 0.25 litres of water & about the amount of a can of food. Do not use tins without a Geiger counter.
