With little time we are making our own sub at Apollyon, so that we do not wait for others. development can be observed for a fee or donation of engineers & an underground factory. Michael will do what he did at NASA & we can advance it also for aviation without dramatic alterations. God likes it. We can get one running with a prop in about 3 months, deep sea.

I want front & rear wheels that snap into a 90 degree position to become props. Tyres on the sub are an advantage, also electric drive in both positions. We think we can be placing torpedo units on ocean floors in two months now. Please use car parts where possible & make it like they used to. Electric cars have 100 mile range. Take the engine straight out of one. Upscale one to take 100 men & equipment without care for aviation or deep sea.

Take some time to consider the size of the peopled area & the size of the equipment. Consider a longer fuel cartridge & two seats & shorter with six seats & equipment. I think back to the front of the upper fin. We'd like this in the back:
