It is normal for a cart load of politics to accompany military alliances. I do not like that & unless I want a sheep shearer will not call about anything but a troop build up. It is better to encourage a threat for them nearby & wait for a call.

Celts
The Celts barely cease to complain about England. The Queen says that it is necessary to join forces with them to prevent invasion. She allows them to muck sling & then denies Royal assent if she doesn't like the final vote. The German Royal house has been made strong by God for his purpose for hundreds of years & it is a model secure Kingdom. I believe only military alliances are necessary & that the Windsors are land grabbers & thieves.
