I want a hundred, not paltry numbers. I want them undergoing improvements following active service towed to position at night having been delivered on a trailer. Send an engineer down with it & keep working with a tool kit. Less boring.

A hundred can be made to keep vigil & fire in twelve months. The full version is likely to be the usual number unless we cooperate properly abroad. The full sub can travel around the world three times with it's fuel load, but the unfinished will need to guard a local coast. Load the fuel anyway, it's safer down there. The ocean floor is also a good place to hide gold, sink a light vessel.
