The image does actually show how Tsunami in the Pacific is expected to effect the coast. Further to that a similar condition is expected in the UK & at other Atlantic coast. Air, water & food are considerations. Start tunnelling Earthward with a Komatsu tunnelling device for air. Form emergency telescopic vent funnels. There can be no halt to the advance of those three things day & night.

NWO believe they can help restore the land from radioactive fallout etc. by washing some of it. The water is partially absorbed & part flows back to sea. There is also a layer of silt, probably a few feet. This is one of many references to flood.

The beginning of Isaiah 28 "Ephraim" or "Samaria" confirms Daniel 9 that the end of the new Jerusalem is by flooding. Also a city wall is mentioned, still common in Israel.
