An ammunition cache was exploded by a small nuclear device. The footage shows two different explosions, the second attempting to show a larger nuclear device. The event was booked at the NWO for a reprisal which is linked to Iranian stealth attacks for Russia.

Small nuclear devices are necessary to explode an ammunition or missile cache. It is possible for a solar powered toy rover to deliver a nuclear mortar round to an Iranian missile outpost on signal, however before an outbreak of war it would need booking at the NWO.
