Running shoes & similar hiking shoes are ideal for Urban warfare if women are to compete with men. In rural areas these boots are great, the seam needs to be at the side, the front leather & rear elasticated plastic, brown. Soldiers tend not to throw themselves down in Urban areas, rather run for cover & squat. Padding is unnecessary.

Consider your military is your surviving Kingdom. Without females you will loose a Nation.
