HAARP
Michael spoke today about Russian advances in counter ICBM programs mentioned here. They are very interested in the head on fire of a heavy calibre Gatling gun. They surprised when they said that the combined head on impact of Warheads with bullets, of about 18000 mph had never been seen. We have about 6km maximum range (Naval).
