Are dependent on security services for Coup because they already possess the Government infrastructure. Coup always follows a denial of something important by that part of security services which are at Parliament, in this case the House of Lords.
There is no role for security services following nuclear conflict, either in Government or military communities. They are a negative to society in their present condition.
