Leaking containers

Leaks are a concern, most shipping containers are supposed to be ok if they fall into water. Leaks can be moderated by opening the valve on an Oxygen cylinder to increase pressure inside, once the water level has passed the leak. Apollyon forces are ordered to investigate known locations of allied containers long distance over safe territory. My allies are your allies. Make sure those loyal to my Crown have the Sat number of somebody within range.
