Appears to give a direction to Dubai Dolphinarium which has a big arrow pointing NNE. Distance measuring with Google Earth the Madagascar arrow points nearish. I think the
Moonbase is an hour hand clock that is moved from one scene to another & I think the US bungled the arrow.
