It was an accident actually, if you believe that. This is a minority international organisation supposed to limit the effect of nuclear conflict as far as that is possible. We maintain that multiple depopulations are possible & inevitable without total end based upon scripture, that no such thing was or will be ever again. It is not possible to populate like this in possession of these weapons & so this need not be the last conflict.
