The Chief Princes are Selaphiel, Gabriel & Michael, the lesser Raphael, Uriel, Barachiel & Jegudiel, who's conduct is unrecognisable as that of Gods servants even unfallen. They were in charge of unclean practices to renew & to purge.
Michael & Selaphiel are the only Chief Princes unfallen. Michael is therefore World leader for God at this time, hence the miraculous evidence here sometimes that is missing from the others. The others are not subordinates, so they are flippant, they are less important to God because their professions are less, which is compounded by their fall, to make Raphael for example crap by comparison who never made a mention in the Bible at her best.
