God says rest to be saved, I told you to sleep & hide, not fight. He says the high places will give water & beasts, crops & grazing will produce. In hot climates food tastes better especially fruit. I propose plantations which produce pathetic fruit in this climate but good in warmer, in remote places. They will survive floods on hills even if immersed a while, not in pooling.
Many will flee a few because of tactical hand held nuclear weapons. High altitude can prevent.
