It's a good thing I was made to read my bible thoroughly & denied other books. There was recently a discussion about Isaiah & clean streams on hill tops. There needed to be warheads in the valleys & not airburst.

25 In the day of great slaughter, when the towers fall, streams of water will flow on every high mountain and every lofty hill.
