The Moat or "Ditch"of this fort is almost impossible to hit with a nuclear strike & is deep enough to sustain 300 personel. Shelter can be sought in the moat to remove NBC clothing. We advise all who can be there in ten minutes to force in. Always keep a backpack packed & ready & a smaller one across your chest with food. There are 20 mins. This is a massive fireball zone, 1km from an airburst Topol & probable local 200 kt Warhead.

Get ready to clear the bottom, since nobody has tried yet & erect large tents please.
