Coup

The Cabinet Secretary is refusing emergency internet capability, the phone being of small use because of CID invasion & murders. He threatened me with a rottweiler yesterday that had been on the property & today creeping DOS kept a simple image upload waiting Two Hours. He does not have Westminster approval to House Arrest. It's unsafe outside & within with lines cur off.
