Everyone has threatened Nuclear conflict, all sides. The evidence for responsibility is always the damming Scripture that is cut off communications with God: Do not look to the Skies (cloud formations) & many Prophets will come & signs, do not believe them.
These verses alienate God from man so that we know who wrote that nonsense, Satan.
It's like saying do not hear a Speech from the US President, neither regard his Tweet or envoys, but practice your religion in the face of it.
