Having a thin line by which to encompass the Earth is remarkable because it is usually a very stupid idea. However we see it from God in topography that must be obeyed.

We are very interested in hidding military to rise up against sparce forces & in cutting supply lines by a surprise dominace, rather than paratroopers or guerilla class might stowed away here & there. Let them advance, don't deplete hide, move aside of the line you know they must take.
Supply lines
There are two, one along the line & one at sea. We want mini silos for use by special ops against boats & we want U boats to wait until China has advanced before playing serious or risking a loss. We want to be able to sink large numbers of small vessels at sea.
Ammunition
Should be retrieved from the Sea bed using elecromagnet, small calibre suitable for sinking a fishing boat necessary. Try: ramming, 40mm incendiary/smoke/armour grenade launcher. Fuel!
