Are very supportive of Ukraine who suffer Russian incursions. Turkey should lead a Military alliance all the way along Russia's border eventually leaving NATO. Now befriend Georgia. 

Opposition to NATO close to Russia makes a non nuclear allied group advisable. NATO Countries should offer political support for a Military alliance. Russia have been nibbling at Ukraine & Georgia & an alliance along the border is reasonable.
