DOS has escalated without warrant & in defiance of Alert State norms, requiring fluidity here at expert position. "Global War Warnings" that indicate criminal processes leading to Global War are increased.
A Report read there is no Alert Rota requiring "healthy", expert & conscientious Staff for efficient function. I submitted a proposal for Amber & Red State Authority changes based upon clean functionality according to their Job description & Public expectation.
