MI5 have 25-35% persecuting the former shadow Government, not recognising their election. MI5, MI6 & GCHQ appear to boast of excess. They would have a Lorry or Bus sprayed where a used Crisp Packet would've sufficed, throwing money at failure & selling the Budget for private money.
