An effort to predict by the local Council has manifested in the Abyss, that is the Lake Bottom near the Gates. A Drain has been covered by Two Rock Cubes so that Water runs down & vanishes as if by Magic, flushing their Sewers with the Street Drains. Payment outstanding.
