Yesterday I spoke to the PM & Today Kier called to right the Labour side, my having a Labour Peerage. I sent some Voicemail to Kier later & discovered none had been passed by surveillance that usually pick up my contact for various associates.
Today's Financial Times Front Page hinted at US purchase of Surveillance here forbidding it's ordinary use by the UK Gov. Robert Worcester @ CIA
