The Ribs are the Three Lions originating in England, Germany & France, so the Bear is the British Monarchy who steal the Emblem & Troll. It is raised up on One side, that would be the Right, Left Spiritual & Right Material. They are the Three subdued Kingdoms or Horns that are present following invasions by French & Saxons.
