I have to submit intentions concerning possible War with Russia. The biggest drawback is not the Battlefield but the intelligence conflict pre War that denies equipment & strategy. Money rules Politics. The US have won a Military budget & Russia un hindered Military prowess. The UK are overcome by Sale of ingenious devices & equipment cap. The EU are overboard spending, Money is the emergency or lazy solution to advancement, short term spending is OK
