There is a Church initiative to introduce me to Christians. Today we have a Rod of Iron duty in Government which before was a foundation for those unhappy for one reason & another. I expect people to be confused, however the Bible is clear enough.
There is still the Church where those who have lost in competition can give way by a system that makes them appear harmless & pleasant, so that hostility subsides & love prevails. There is usually a Spiritual conflict so that luck is bad & failure seems inexplicable. The rules: self chasening repays the angry, self denial drops out of Spiritual competition for mortal position, kindness makes allies as well as love. Life feels good again. People often return when they recover & repeat a cycle. Repayment is to Spirits who loved that are annoyed, by self hell & deliberate service.
