Avian Psychology
It's very easy to make a trap for Avian. You can tell them they can't have something, threaten them with something, have a Romantic intention, or state the opposite of your desire & they have predictable behaviour. Catching them doesn't usually make any difference in an uncaring Administration that only wants to steal & abuse.
