Efficeint Kent Policeman Award

The award was won by the Sleeping Policeman out front called Cara's Hump,  because of historical burials of Her Lineage nearby. The cool headed, non criminal & unpaid Copper caused the Wheel thieves to display their Number Plate to a Camera.
