Creeping Criminal activities are methodical & unintelligent, testing ground. The Cyber Community are resisting Government by means of distant control across the ordinary Boundaries of Home & Office activity. Concealed activity is still awkward but the Boss is always the Culprit for witnessed nameless nuisance unless he hands them over.
