Police like Spastics

They consume an excessive budget then make a noise outside while i"m doing their job. That's after they stripped me of every asset including my Woman & peace. They do not need their Snowball of resources & finance. They only use their Helicopter to chase their own criminal organised at the Police Station or for sex encounter joy rides. All of the serious Criminals are Police & the budget & staff levels are a sham of pocket money.
