Gulvin: Multiple Authorities & Cone Artist

Gulvin has a Councillor's role, sweeping, rubbish collecting, coning roads for murders & maintaining a Nuclear Detonator on my Land illegally. He also has a Palatine District nearby & a Bubble Authority, within he dominates throughout our lives, Coning the Road on the last Day the evidence of his Supremacy.

Gulvin is encouraged to demonstrate ownership of the Grass Area to dispute the Detonator. He recently damaged Plants strimming against my instructions & has Two Road Signs where only one is necessary, having room for the other content on the Larger & Refusing to remove the smaller.
