A floor of the local Hotel was booked on my advice for visitors & people having connection to me. Ceop filled it with local Children instead. How much does that cost & what is the purpose?

The incident is normal at Kent Police. A basis for spending is approved or requested, then the project is emptied of all but a recognisable name tag & utilised at expense for Sex or whim.
