In 1981 a Black Boy was introduced at Fort Luton School, Mission: Annoy White Students with extensive Black behaviours discomforting in White Culture. Andre Warner showed the Local Hierarchy plans for this Century Forty Years on. The Flood of Negros is a National issue, dominating Radio Stations. Andre is believed to mean French origin.
