Unmaned slow moving Drones were an effort to intrude with minimal discomfort. "Reapers" & other armed Drones are not as useful as a remote WWII Prop Aircraft & are as provocative. Shooting down an unmanned, unarmed Drone is Vandalism not an act of War.
