Russia should not be negotiating, it's an admission of control of Armenia. Make them inefficient, don't respond to Russia. Ceasefires should be met with double fire power, since Armenia are suffering problems.
Iran
Move some Munitions & factories to Azerbaijan & neighbours for export in expectation of bombing. Things spread abroad should not belong to Iran on documents.
Defeating the US
The US invest in tech that reduces contact & usually suffer smaller loss of life. They are too well equipped for air superiority & destruction from the air. Cruise can be killed with a MANPAD, lookouts. Try pretending the AA systems are all gone then bring some out at night. If they can't have massive night bombing raids we have a delay to move assets.
Cutting losses
God said buy a Goverment outright including all parties & dismiss intelligence services. He said do not develop Iran any further but in the other place. God wants your Government to continue.
