The phrase is part biblical, for ye must be born again. However the difference between Christians born again or not is new. It is a recent phrase that refers to my birth in secret, in 1970 which was prophesied.
New Christians are aware of the decay of the former which is due to affluence & media. Today Christians need a white heart to follow & all else is unimportant to God, but often without wisdom.
White Heart
Purity of intention & the equal good of others that is just. What is right is honest & what left for the greater good, the end justifying the means. What harms others does not profit & what injures us is a sacrifice to God, in expectation of not discourse, but the equal value of that loss to balance.
