Saudi Arabia's Oil price war with Russia is against WC by admission of responsibility for Oil pricing. I want to lower Russian prices by substatial donated crude deliveries until sensible prices are agreed. I want a refund with interest from the WC.

I want the US to turn from Nuclear Iran & take Saudi Arabia keeping half of Oil production & capping half.
