Coup hazard

I want future security to be ready to take control from senior ranks. In the Army Sargeant Major dictates to officers, the reason being he is experienced & hands on where boys come from posh school to Leftenant. Sargeant gets CO if I want an armed takeover. Corporal gets sargeant in an emergency or as a result of change.
